Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Get CHKD application ("App," "Service"), operated by Get CHKD ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. This does not apply to duding.ai, which has its own Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Get CHKD account. If any feature of the App involves earning, wagering, or redeeming CHKD Coins for cash or cash-equivalent rewards, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to participate in that specific feature, and that feature may not be available in all locations.

2. The Service

Get CHKD is a daily accountability app: you track five self-defined non-negotiables each day, build streaks, and can optionally connect with friends, join challenges, and use an AI-powered coaching feature.

3. CHKD Coins, challenges, and redemption

This section is under active review. Real-money features are being evaluated for regulatory compliance and platform policy (including Apple App Store requirements) and are subject to change, restriction, or removal without the notice period described elsewhere in these Terms.

CHKD Coins are a virtual, in-app unit with no cash value except as expressly provided through a redemption we choose to offer, at our sole discretion.
We may modify, suspend, restrict eligibility for, or permanently discontinue the Coins program, challenge wagering, or any redemption option at any time, for any or no reason, including previously earned or wagered balances, to the extent permitted by law.
Redemption of Coins for cash, cash-equivalents, or merchandise, where offered, is subject to identity and eligibility verification, applicable law in your location, and may be unavailable in your state or country.
We do not guarantee any particular redemption option, exchange rate, or payout timeline will remain available.
Any challenge or wager between users is between those users; we are a platform facilitating score-tracking, not a party to the wager, and make no representation about the legality of participating in your jurisdiction — that's your responsibility to confirm.

4. AI Coach

The AI Coach feature provides automated responses generated by a third-party AI model. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, financial, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Usage may be rate-limited.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: create multiple accounts to manipulate coins, streaks, or leaderboards; harass other users; attempt to access another user's account; or interfere with or reverse-engineer the App.

6. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including manipulating the Coins system or challenge outcomes.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that the App will meet your expectations, or any particular outcome from using it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss related to Coins, challenges, or redemption features.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, except as noted in Section 3 for real-money features.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
